Pre-P1 systematic audit
P1 remains blocked. The implementation has a coherent authority boundary, but physical Meta Quest 3S qualification and the open high-severity findings must be resolved before private preview.
What this audit covered
Architecture, UI/UX and VR coherence, performance, resilience, security, maintainability, dependency fitness, test quality, workflow runtime, six end-to-end use cases, and documentation accuracy.
Fixed in the audit
- Restored coverage, production build, Rust, CodeQL, and real Chromium smoke as required pull-request evidence.
- Enforced streaming archive limits during decompression.
- Removed avoidable hand-wheel and selection raycast allocations.
- Unified adaptive-assistance controls with the production instances.
- Centralized test-lane ownership and removed a duplicated real-WASM run.
- Archived superseded documentation and refreshed public claims.
Promotion blockers
- Physical Quest 3S 10M-row performance, memory, thermal, and interaction qualification.
- Lifecycle decomposition and explicit idempotent disposal.
- A real-browser load-to-replay analyst journey.
- Kernel/ABI fuzzing, fault recovery, and sustained collaboration qualification.
- Production spatial-query acceleration backed by device evidence.
The implementation queue and severity order are maintained in the public roadmap.
